What to expect
On average, people need to take 6 lozenges within 11 days to get satisfying results. MODERATE oral hygiene is necessary.
Directions
Let each lozenge slowly dissolve in your mouth for an hour
Every other day
After your nightly oral hygiene routine
Avoid chewing
Excessive oral hygiene may reduce AllerPops' effectiveness.

Discard/swallow the lozenge after 1 hour if it hasn’t dissolved.
Taking AllerPops at another time works, too, at a slower pace.
For kids or others who have difficulty avoiding chewing, bite or cut off a small piece every several minutes and finish it within a hour.
AllerPops should not harm your gums or teeth.
If you do not feel better after 6 pops, the following may be helpful:
Make sure to use AllerPops prebiotic toothpaste.
Swish a bead of prebiotic toothpaste for 15 seconds a couple of times during the day without brushing; spit it out afterward.
Bush once a day with AllerPaste prebiotic toothpaste and floss less frequently for teeth and gum health. We do not suggest regular use of mouthwash, a Neti-pot, tongue scraping/cleaning, chewing gum, electronic toothbrush, water piker, or oil-pulling. Reinforcement with a couple of pops is necessary after antibiotic usage, infection recovery (especially one with a fever), and every 2-3 months.
