How to Use AllerPops for the Best Results

How to Use AllerPops for the Best Results

This procedure helps you to enrich your oral probiotics.

What to Expect: Most (4/5) people need to take 1-6 pops within 1-11 days to get satisfying results.

Direction: Take one pop every other day after your evening oral hygiene routine of brushing and flossing until satisfied. Let the lollipop slowly melt in your mouth. Do not chew the lollipop or swallow it whole. It may take up to an hour. Discard the used lollipop if it is not done after an hour.

For better results, do the following in addition to your oral hygiene routine:
  1. Scrub your tongue with a tongue scraper or wet washcloth until most of the white/yellow biofilm on the top is gone. Caution: brushing too far back may lead to a gag reflex.
  2. Gargle hot (optimal 120 ºF) water for about 10-20 seconds. Spit out and repeat gargling for three minutes. Your tongue should be red without any biofilm. If it isn’t, scrub it with the wet washcloth and gargle one more time.
After you are satisfied with your results, brush and floss with a frequency of once a day to once a week for teeth and gum health. We do not suggest regular use of mouthwash, a Neti-pot, tongue scraping/cleaning, or oil-pulling. Reinforcement with a couple of pops is necessary after antibiotic usage, after recovery of infection (especially one that has a fever), and every 2-3 months in the warm seasons.

Check frequently asked questions for other advice.

Warning: Though it rarely happens, discontinue using AllerPops if you feel ill, tired, or have a low fever or headache. These feeling should go away within a week, likely together with allergy symptoms.

Who should NOT use: pregnant women, people with infection in the airway or head/neck area, including COVID-19, with a compromised immune system, or allergic to any of the ingredients.
